the small button on the back is stuck, can't put it back doorbell, it not latch on back . Who do I contact for replacement, very frustrated, reading on line lots of people complaints ,please help me .thank you

Hi Lady64,  I would try opening a support ticket so you can actually get help from the Google techs.
