If you're comfortable changing your router settings, you can change your new Wi-Fi network name and password in your router's settings to be the same as the previous ones. Your camera should then automatically re-connect to the Wi-Fi.

Otherwise, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Nest app and tap the Settings cog.
  2. Select Home info then Home Wi-Fi help.
  3. Select the camera you want to update.
  4. Tap Start > Update settings.

If you don’t find Home Wi-Fi help in the app, or those steps don't work for you, you’ll need to remove your camera from the app and add it back with new Wi-Fi information. Make sure to save any important video clips before you remove a camera from the app. Once a camera is removed, all of its recorded video history will be permanently deleted. Also, if your camera is the only device covered under a Google Nest Aware subscription, make sure to stop auto-renewal (or cancel a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription) before you remove your camera from the app.
