It's not clear what you're asking.

Your video history depends on whether you have a Nest Aware subscription and what kind of subscription:

If you're trying to download video history from the Google Home app and it was not flagged as an event, you'll have to use your phone's software to record the video, because the Google Home app does not allow the download of video that is NOT flagged as an event.  The Google Nest app DOES allow for the manual creation of a video clip.
