Hi, I have a first generation Chromecast device that I haven't used in a few years (I didn't use it at all, my boys did). I installed it last night, using Google Home I connected the device, it turned on the TV, I chose my location in my home, everything was going along, I chose the wifi, then when I selected connect, it was "thinking" for a long time, it would get to "connected" and then crash. That happened several times and on different TV's. I even tried unplugging Chromecast and plugging in again, moving my iPad closer to the device, nothing worked. Any suggestions???? By the way, I think the platform is IOS.....

Hey there Deeles,
I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that crashing issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this issue has given you quite the headache. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
