2nd chromecast

hiya...installing 2nd chromecast in my bnb attached to my house...do I still just add it onto my Huawei ph under name of bnb? Then am I correct in assuming then guests either have the google home app or install it then they can cast from their computer onto the TV....do they need a pin....what stops them from interfering with the chromecast in my side....WiFi is in my side....probably dumb questions...IT phleb....am in Australia....thanku

Your guests will be able to cast to ANY Chromecast device that is on the network they are logged into.  There is no way to restrict that.

If you don't want them messing with your Chromecast, make sure it is not on the same network

They only need a pin if you are using Guest Mode and they are not logged into the network.  Otherwise, they don't even need the Google Home app.  They just need to connect to the WiFi and then tap the cast icon in any cast-enabled app.
