Hi, I'm having some trouble with streaming Amazon Prime on my Chromecast. I have been on to them a few times but they say that because it doesn't happen on any of my other devices that it's probably an issue with Chromecast. I have deleted and re-installed SEVERAL times on my laptop and Chromecast but it's still doing it. It's not my broadband either as it doesn't happen on any other installed apps. Any advice gratefully received.

I apologize for the late response; thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Amazon Prime issue? If not, I'd be happy to help, as issues with specific sites can be tricky. First, make sure that your Google Home app and your Google Chromecast are both up-to-date. If casting via the website's cast button doesn't work, try casting via the tab instead. You can also try casting from Google Canary to see if the problem occurs there as well.
