Apps won’t load

Peacock, Netflix, Amazon prime and hub max will not load.

I have tried everything-

restarted device and modem

cleared cache and data

factory reset

NOTHING WORKS!!!

My internet connection is excellent.

I even chatted with your tech support and they were unable to help me.

This is making me crazy, sometimes the apps load and then out of nowhere they stop loading.

Hello Mbaina,

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum and for doing some steps beforehand — it's a big help!

Are you getting any messages when loading the app? When did the issue start? What type of Chromecast device do you have? Please reinstall the affected apps and plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV. Also, check for pending software updates on your Chromecast.

Th wimpy apps that will load are sling tv, Disney plus and YouTube.

peacock, HBO max, Netflix and Amazon prime will not load.

I have tried all the “fixes” and nothing works.

I have an excellent connection so I don’t know what the problem is.

please help me!!!
