Available for specific video sites

I have a built in chromecast on my Android TV, I tried casting from my PC and it says Available for specific video sites. 

It allows me to cast from Youtube so I guess it does recognize my TV, but I want to cast from different tabs which it doesn't allow.

I have viewed previous discussions regarding that issue and have tried enabling "Connect to Cast devices on all IP addresses" and also searched for another option which was something with "Media Router" in order to enable it but it doesn't exist in my chrome flags area

I also tried looking for the "chromecast built in" app on my Android TV to delete all of the updates as it was suggested by different users but I do not have that app anywhere ( But I can still technically cast Youtube )

would appreciate any help

Thanks for reaching out. Please reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router. Also, please make sure the Chrome browser is updated. Casting from a different device might also help.

If the issue persists, please reach out to your TV manufacturer for additional help.
