When casting a video from my laptop, videos sometimes look like slow motion which is followed by a decrease in video quality and audio that is very scratchy. This only happens sometimes and can happen from any website. I've rebooted my Chromecast as well as my router but the problem persists. The videos aren't affected on my laptop screen only on my Roku TV (65 inch, 4k), Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? When did the issue start? Have you checked if the same issue persists when casting from a mobile phone?
