Hi, I’ve set my chrome cast up and everything. Then for some reason I reset it by pushing the button on the chrome cast and then won’t work after that. So now I plug it in to power on and nothing comes on and also made my tv go blank
I’m sorry to hear about what happened. Let’s further look into it. Is your Chromecast with Google TV (HD) device plugged directly into a wall outlet? Have you tried powering the device using both the power outlet and USB port? Are you using the official power cord that came in its box?
