Can’t get connected via wifi to chromecast

Hi

ive been trouble shooting for ages with my. Chromecast that won’t connect through my wifi. It will work on my wife’s phone but it just keeps telling to check that I am connected through the same network. Any ideas?

Check the date and time on your phone or tablet are the same as the network. I've just had this problem myself!
