I can't see the enable cloud service in the chromecast and how to know if my chrome is gen 1, gen 2 or gen 3. Appreciate your advice. Thank you

I'm really sorry about the delayed response, thank you for your patience! Are you still having that cloud service issue? If so, I'd be happy to help out. You can check out the firmware version of your Chromecast in Google Home, then compare it to this list. Also, you can check the model number on the device itself and Google it.
