Thanks for reaching out. What type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you trying to sign in your Google Account in the Google Home app? Are you getting any message when signing into your Google Account? If yes, what was it?

It's Chromecast 3rd generation and when I try to cast anything to my TV that's where it tells me to sign in to my Google account but it won't let me it was working before and than all of a sudden it's not
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please tell me which app you are encountering this issue? Is this happening to all supported apps or only to one specific app?
I tried it with Pandora it played the music but it didn't show up on the screen and I've only tried it with one other app and it didn't work but I can try other's to see if it's like that with all of them
Thanks for the update. To confirm, is this happening to all apps such as Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, YouTube (If you have these apps)? Could you share a photo of the issue? If you already tried to reboot your Chromecast, please also perform a factory reset on your Chromecast.
