Cant connect chromecast to wifi

I've upgraded sky router to sky q but it won't connect to WiFi. The router name comes up on my android and I sign in but onscreen it comes up with previous router name and doesn't connect

• Do you have a new Wi-Fi network?
• Have you already forgot the old Wi-Fi network?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

In the case you have a new Wi-Fi network, you'll need to follow the steps in the article I linked above to connect the Chromecast to the new network. However, if you are still having issues, check out this article as well.
