Help!! I'm using CwGTV Android 12, and I'm trying to use Cast Moderator, and this issue happened. But I'm not using "basic TV mode" nor I don't know how to disable or enable it (even in my account). Help!

The error says: "Can't use basic TV mode. Cast moderator doesn't support basic TV mode. Sign in with your managed account and try again".

Hi @JorgeYokiro - that app is part of a Google for Education trusted tester beta program. Is that what you're trying to use it for?

Nope, I'm just want to try it out. Is not possible for a normal user? I'm just an average user.

@JorgeYokiro - thanks for the info.  No, you shouldn't even be able to see that app (it's only for education right now). I'm curious of the Edu team knows that it's out there for anyone to download.  Does it say beta next to the app name? Would you mind letting me know what version it's running? I do know that there is an update rolling out next week - not sure if it will fix it or not tho.

No problem. It doesn't say "beta", just appeared after the Chromecast update to Android 12 in the app menu. The version is 1.0.468634848
