Chromcast Ap error

Hi, i have chromecast 2 gen and i have problem with the  set up.

my samsung phone finds the cromecast connects and at the end there is a message saying chromecast successfully set up but your not on the same network please turn off ap isolation .

Ap isolation is off , 5ghz and 2.4 ghz are with different name but still home app cannot see the device .

i tried resetting and tried to setup with hot spot from another phone both devices connected and chromecast works fine . 

i  contacted the provider we made sure everything that is suggested to be set up properly in the router settings but still i cannot  connect to the device from the phone or from laptop .

chromecast is up background picture changing temperature and hour is showing .

any other options or what to do?

What brand and model of router do you have? Who is your internet service provider?
