netflix 4k and disney plus not working, only hd chromcast 4k tv hu557500 i have hdmi uhd on the input what could be the problem HBO max and you tube work normally in 4k

Hello, unfortunately Netflix does not work in 4k on the uehu487500 TV, this TV has built-in Netflix and it works fine there, on Disney plus there is no 4k either, only HBO Max works and YouTube, I put the device in a newer LG C1 65 TV and it detects all the applications correctly there. there may be a problem, the Samsung TV has 4K but without HDR, but something about it doesn't work in 4K
