Every time run ChromeCast and look at the Chrome://Inspect I then go to the ChromeCast Ultra device select to Inspect. After getting network calls I go to import har but progress bar shows up saying "Collecting Content" but never finishes. Har file still zero bytes.
I tried rebooting, factory reset, power cycle reboot, switched internet wifi, connected ethernet cable directly. No luck.
What is the solution to this issue?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix the importing issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:
Is your Chromecast having issues connecting to the network?
What version of Google Chrome are you using?
Is your Chromecast's firmware up-to-date?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Just to double-check, are you needed to use the chrome://inspect to solve a problem you are having, or are you trying to do something else?
