Chrome cast having issues with discover+ and iPad 9th generation

Can’t connect Discover+ to either my 1st or 2nd generation chromecast with my iPad 9.  Doesn’t list either chromecast devices, asking for a PIN number that neither the ipad 9 receives nor the organizator for the chromecast

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know these connection issues can be tricky to figure out on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • Are you able to cast from another app, such as YouTube or Netflix?
  • Are you able to cast from another device, such as a phone or computer?
  • Are you connected to a 2.4GHz network, or a 5GHz network?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
