Chrome cast not communicating with iPhone

After setup, I get error msg stating: Family Room TV may be set up, but we could not communicate with it from your iPhone. Make sure that you have enabled local network access in your iPhone’s privacy settings. Then try again.  

I have followed all the troubleshooting steps. The local network is on. I restarted all my devices; iPhone, iPad , spectrum route and modem, factory reset the chrome cast and still get error. This happened out of the blue. I have two chrome cast (1st gen)and both are doing the same thing. Help please 🙏

I fixed it. I put my iPad right beside the chrome cast
