When we connect to public wifi in a hotel, i can see all other chromecast connected on the same wifi which make me think i am being hacked.
Whenever anyone using same network operates chromecast i am being notified about who is using and this make me wonder that others also will be notified when i use my prodcut.
I think there should be a security and safety layer for this type of situation and allow us to confirm if we are using on a public or private network, so i cannot see anyone else what they are doing and what i am doing.

Chromecast devices are designed for use on a home network where you want to avoid having to jump through a lot of hoops to control access to individual devices.
You should be concerned about the hacking risk on the kind of wide-open public networks that you're describing. Besides the issues with Chromecast control, other devices on the network can try and attack your phone or computer.
Take a look at using a Travel Router (they are small and inexpensive). You would use that router to attach to the public network and make a new PRIVATE AND SECURE network that you attach your devices to. Nobody on the public network will be able to see or attack your devices.
