 hello my chromecast started with lag 2 weeks ago in videos someone can help me

Hi Lanzo,

 

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? Is this happening on one app or all apps? Were there any changes made prior to this happening? Also, what steps have you taken?

 

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  • Move it to a different HDMI port on the TV.
  • Reboot your Chromecast device, TV, and Wi-Fi router.
  • If it persists, do a factory reset, then set it up again.

hello I did everything I said I even took a new one out of the box which forced me to update and it continues the same live stream only there and what happens before is not childish is happening only in the chromecast on other equipment it works beautifully

Kindly confirm what type of Chromecast device you do have so we can further look into it. Also, get its firmware version

Hello, I did everything I said and nothing worked. I also opened a ticket on Google. It has already gone to the developers area, they say they have a problem with the firmware.
