Chromecast desktop cast issue - Picture frozen, however audio is ok

I have issue with cast desktop option of google chromecast from one of my PC. The issue is the screen just freezes when I cast desktop. Audio is fine. This happens only on one pc. The desktop cast options works fine from other desktop and Laptop. Even from Android phones. I have already rebooted and factory reset chromecast without joy. I am not sure if it is 2nd Gen chromecast or not. I will try to find out how to recognise which generation of chromecast I have

We hope you were able to get the help you need, but if you're still having issues, I would make sure that your Google Chrome is up-to-date. You could even try using Google Canary to see if that browser works.
