In the past few days when watching Pluto TV after about 15 minutes disconnects says there's an error and then Chromecast says Chromecast help but it doesn't do anything for me. This does not happen with anything else that I'm casting and it happens from all my devices tablet or phone doesn't matter anybody have any ideas of what to do to rectify this I did try and contact Pluto but that his proved fruitless thanks in advance

Hi Joceesky,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. What Chromecast device are you using? Based on your statement, it seems that this is isolated to the Pluto TV app, and it happens whenever you cast. What steps have you taken?

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

  • Reboot your Chromecast device, casting source, and Wi-Fi router.
  • Delete then reinstall your Pluto TV app.
  • Try a factory reset, then re-setup.

Thanks,

Kimy
