Hace Samsung 65" 2021 TV, with round Chromecast Dongle attached and powered by USB port. I have the Chromecast Number of the unit, and when searching for for devices from Google Chrome, it shows "NO DEVICES FOUND". The Chromecast unit is in HDMI 1 and HDMI 1 is selected and Chromebook is connected to the internet.

Use the factory supplied power supply for your Chromecast device and plug it into the wall outlet.
Connect both the Chromecast device and your Chromebook to the same WiFi network bandwidth (2.4 GHz).
