I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast is having some connection issues! Networking problems can be tricky, so I'd be happy to help. A solid white LED light on the 3rd generation Chromecast means it's casting or ready to cast. Are you able to see the Chromecast from any device at all, such as a phone or computer? If not, make sure that all device are on the same network band, either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.

Hello, I can see the Chromecast from my devices, I follow the steps until it connects to my network, but when I want to transmit, I get a connection error. I did a factory reset three times and it's still a solid white light even though I don't do any pairing between Chromecast and my internet network. When it asks for the Wi-Fi password, it is where I have problems or it does not connect or if it connects but a connection error appears when pressing on the icon of my Chromecast. 2.4Ghz network Check name and user of my internet network Restart Home app and router Update Home app, Google, Chrome browser
