Chromecast model G454v after connecting HDMI it doesn't show on TV

We tried to set up the Chromecast with the TV for the first time. After plugging it into the TV the first time, the Chromecast view appeared on the screen and a QR code to scan. Unfortunately, in the process of connecting to the phone, ,I had to interrupt the connection and walk away from the TV. Thus, the connection wasn't set up, and now after reconnecting the chromecast to the TV, it doesn't reconnect. We tried changing the HDMI, restarting the chromecast (holding the button for 30 sec), disconnecting the chromecast and TV from the power for 30 min and it did not help. It is still not possible to reconnect via HDMI and there is a black screen. Could you please help me?

I would also like to add that after connecting to the TV - the lamp by the chromcast lights up orange and flashes ( blinks off for a while every 3 seconds)

Hey there natalia00089,

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast is having some setup issues! These types of problems can be tricky to deal with, so I'd be happy to help you out. You mentioned that the LED light is blinking orange, this would imply that the Chromecast is performing a short self-diagnostic check and is temporarily unavailable. Go ahead and plug it in for a while to see if the LED light changes to a white color.

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know.

Best regards,
Jeran
