Chromecast not connecting to another network

I need to connect my device to another wifi, when I've looked up how to do it, it says to press device and go into settings but I can't go into settings because it says the device is disconnected but I can't connect the device because I can't change the wifi. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Hi Tana,

You can factory reset the Chromecast and then set it up again for the new WiFi network. Have a look at the Chromecast help center link below for instructions.
