Resolved! Chromecast wont change to new wifi in new house

Moved house. Chromecast used at old house will not connect to new wifi. Device will not Factory Reset. Instructions mention that device must be on old wifi to do so.

Chromecast keeps going idle

Brand new chromecast - casting from Chrome to TV and after about 2-5 minutes it keeps going idle.Internet is stable for everything else.Any thoughts?
