Been using chromecast for years great no issues. Setup and worked well with all apps. Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Disney plus.
Recently Chromecast hasn't been able to connect with prime video and Disney plus app. Netflix and YouTube works fine. Prime video won't load via cast and Disney plus loads but video load times are stuck on a loading screen when I select a video on Disney plus.
I've replaced new modem/router with ATT and replaced Chromecast with a new Chromecast device. I spent 2.5hours with ISP but from their end no loss of service or network connection. Still problems persists.
When I cast from my desktop I still have the same problem. I am able to successfully play videos on my desktop and cast my screen. But I cannot cast via prime video or Disney+ video players.

Thanks for reaching out and for doing some steps beforehand — these are of great help! To cover all the bases, please try to uninstall and reinstall the affected apps and reboot your mobile phone. Also, try to reboot and reset your Chromecast.
Note: If the issue is isolated with Prime video and Disney+ apps, please reach out to the app developer for further help.
