Cmon Google, get your fingers out, stop ignoring customers requests for help with this issue. Jennifer V was "helping", but that was a joke! 

Please sort the issue that one of your experts obviously messed up and let users see the choice of videos that they have requested via YouTube!

So many people have complained about this issue, over maybe a YEAR but no action by Google. Staggeringly incompetent! With the obvious lack of support one has to assume that Google is preparing to leave the smart speaker market...
