Chromecast no longer works. Is under warranty. How to return & get replacement?

You'll need to contact support directly for warranty help. Be sure to try a full factory reset prior, they will likely ask you to do that before authorizing a return and it may fix the Chromecast's issue.

No, I was not able to get in touch with your support team. I ordered a new voice remote and was able to pair it. The original voice remote appears to now be working. My Chromecast with Google TV is under warranty and I should have been able to get help and/or get the remote replaced under warranty. Not happy about this, but at least I am now able to use Chromecast with Google TV.
