Can't connect chromecast since changing from EE TV to BT TV

Hey there PScore,

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chromecast issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know connection issues can be tricky to resolve on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

 

  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • Are you powering the Chromecast via a USB port, a wall outlet?
  • Have you changed any network settings?
  • Are you receiving an error message, or is the Chromecast not showing up in the Google Home app?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
