Basically there should be no trouble with the Chromecast product itself as it had always worked. But I hadn't used it for a month. But now when I switch on the TV with the Caste remote, the TV message appears "Verify that it's you" followed by "Sign in". I can't write text on the TV, so do I somehow write to the TV via my smartphone S20 FE. (I'm unsure re Product number, so I've guessed it is Chromecast 2)
