Chromecast remote not working

Hi

i’ve just got the chromecast and used it only for few days, after that the remote stopped working and it’s light kept on. I’ve tried all the ways to fix the issue from searching for the device by pressing on the dongle button and repair the remote to factory reset.

I’m stocked at start paring widow. I’ve pressed the home and back button and kept holding also not working.

removed the batteries, restart the WIFI 

nothing worked 

What shall I do ? Also the remote app doesn’t work on my phone

1. Check the LED color on the remote, and follow the steps listed in the article.

2. Replace the batteries in your Chromecast Voice Remote.

3. Disconnect the remote from Bluetooth, and re-pair it.
