Where can I find a list of devices that can be controlled by the Chromecast remote using the IR blaster? 

Specifically, I'm trying to find out what projectors work.

The Chromecast remote can control volume, power, and input controls on devices like your TV, receiver, or soundbar. It typically doesn't control projectors I'm afraid.

Google maintains a list of device brands/manufacturers in the Google Home app when you setup the feature, it's not available anywhere else.
