My device is stuck on the G logo, I have tried unplugging for 30 min, different HDMI ports and factory reset. It will not hard reset. LED Color does not change

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast with Google TV (4K). I appreciate you doing some steps beforehand. To cover all the bases, could you try to plug in your device on a different HDMI port on your TV and reboot your Wi-Fi router? Plugging it on a different TV screen if one is available, then reset it again might also help.

Hi Jennifer, thank you. I did try on another TV. I also reset the router.
It's not even letting me factory reset the device either. I'm holding the button down, but the LED remains white.
Please let me know what the next steps are.
