Chromecast ultra show as off

Hi

Just installed my Chromecast ultra, everything seems to work except for casting. The device works with the remote and i can go through the menus and everything but it shows as off in the google home app and i can't cast (Netflix) from my phone. Screen mirror works through the Home app but can't select the device in the Netflix app.

Tried resetting the chromecast itself, my router, switched off phone multiple times...

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: have you tried casting from a different app to see if it has the same issue? How about using another device to cast from? Are you using a private or a shared WiFi connection? If private, is your router dual-band?
