Chromecast white static until unplugged and replugged in

Can anyone help please. Each time we turn on the TV and try to cast it goes very fuzzy. It flashes between the picture and white static. As soon as you unplug it and replug it in it works perfectly, but this is pretty inconvenient as the TV is wall mounted and the chromecast isn't easy to access. I've tried rebooting and restoring to factory settings which unfortunately hasn't worked

We hope you were able to get the help you need, but if you're still having issues, please change the HDMI port that the Chromecast is plugged into. You may also test the Chromecast on another TV to see if the problem still occurs.
