We are having issues with our Chromecast with Google TV (build STTE.220920.012H1) audio skipping and video freezing. The issues just started this week, so I don't believe it's due to an update.
I have tried the troubleshooting steps of checking the power source, changing the HDMI port used, and factory resetting however the issue continues across multiple apps: Hulu, HBO max, Netflix
I tried using our Xbox and did not experience any issues, leading me to conclude the issue is with the Chromecast.

If the issue persists, reboot your Wi-Fi router and plug in the Chromecast with Google TV (HD) into a different TV screen.
