Chromecast with Google TV can't install disney+

I try to install the Disney+ feature app but they said your device isn't compatible. i have checked the solution from https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Chromecast/I-can-not-install-Disney-Plus-in-my-new-Chromecast... but it doesn't work. can  you advice me how it can be sorted?
