Hello Trindade,
Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. To cover all the bases, could you try to plug in your device on a different HDMI port on your TV and reboot your Wi-Fi router? Plugging it on a different TV screen if one is available, then resetting it again might also help.
