Chromecast

Hi, 

I got a new Chromecast and installed the entire set-up on Sony Tv. I see Chromecast going on and off. I have not even used a TV USB. Can anyone help me with this pls

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast (Solid or blinking white light)? Is your device going on/off while watching a video or even when it's in idle mode?

Give the steps a try:

1. Make sure the Chromecast is plugged in properly in your TV and power outlet.
2. Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
3. Try to plug in your Chromecast on a different TV screen.
4. Restart your Chromecast and Wi-Fi router.
5. Factory reset your Chromecast.
