Devices in my home app that I never owned or used

When I open my Google home app there are devices listed that I have the option of connecting to and they are all listed in Spanish.

I do not speak Spanish. I have never typed in Spanish. I do not own any of the devices listed in Spanish or English for that matter. I have only ever owned and used a Chromecast device on my television.

I am unable delete these devices, I have created another home and put them in there and deleted that home and they merely reappear next time I open the Google home app.

The closest thing I can figure is that these devices belong to the neighbors.

Why in Heaven's name can I not simply long click on these devices and remove them?

And please don't waste my time and tell me it is a security issue. Everybody knows it's all about money. Just get these devices off my application off my phone and out of my life because the people that own these devices have access to my account obviously. There's no security there

This keeps happening to me as well but my neighbors is not in Spanish. I keep getting notifications on my phone that "moms tv" is playing when neither of my devices are on nor are listed as "moms tv". I cant seem to figure out how to remove this device from my Google nest app either. 

I gave up and invested in a Firestick. Now, I can Hotspot my TV with my phone and even go on the internet, watch Prime Video, Tubi, listen to Pandora and a host of other great tings.

Definitely worth the switch.
