I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that DirectTV Go issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you out, as these issue can be difficult to troubleshoot on your own. First, I would make sure the DirectTV Go app is up-to-date. Then, I would clear out the cached app data on the DirectTV Go app. Finally, I would try casting from another device, such as a phone or tablet.
