Hi purchased a chrome cast last week, I can't get disney+ or prime to load, I get the message something went wrong please try again. If you continue to have issues please contact subscription for support. I have done this for both apps, both disney and prime where not able to help as they said that there were no issues on their end. I have uninstall both apps reinstalled, did a factory reset, changed ports. I'm able to get to my home page on both apps but can not get anything to play, Chrome cast works with all my other apps.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. It seems that the issue is isolated to those 2 apps only. Check for updates since the recent patch included fixes for recent bugs encountered. Then ensure that affected apps are updated as well. Let me know how it goes.
