Disney plus

Up until about a month ago had no issues but suddenly Disney plus app will not connect to chrome cast. 
anyone had the same issue?

Thanks for posting and sorry for the late response. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions:

 

  1. Is this only happening when casting from the Disney+ app?
  2. Are you getting any error messages when casting from this app?
  3. What mobile phone are you using for casting?

Try these steps:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Disney+ app.
  2. Reboot your mobile phone and Chromecast. 
  3. Try to use a different mobile device.
  4. Reset your Chromecast.

If the issue still persists and it is isolated when using the Disney+ app, please reach out to the app developer for additional help.
