Enable Cloud Services option isn't showing when I right click on the Cast button to get it to work.

I have followed all steps to allow casting, but the option to Enable Cloud Services is not there.

Hi,

You will need to set up from a mobile device. Setting a Chromecast up from a computer isn't supported anymore.

See this interactive Chromecast Setup guide.

That should help you get casting!
