Faulty Netflix Library?

Hi,

Today I tried to continue watching a show on Netflix (Better Call Saul) with the Chromecast, but it simply isn't available. Which is strange, because yesterday I had no issues streaming it, and it shows up on both my laptop and phone (which shows that Netflix didn't get rid of it).

I tried changing the device's location with a VPN, but it's still the same result. So I would appreciate any help.

Hi!

At the time nothing seemed to be working, but I actually tried again the next day and it was suddenly fixed. The whole thing was unusual and a bit annoying, but at least the problem didn't last very long.

Hi @DSC 

No problem here with Chromecast casting Netflix and BCS.  Could be a location issue if you are in an unsupported region. Can you cast the show from your Android device using the Netflix cast icon? Does this only happen with the Chromecast with Google TV?

DSC, It's us again. How's it going? You may try to clear the cache and data of the Netflix app. Reinstalling the app and rebooting your Chromecast might also help.
