Full Screen Screen Casting

Using Chrome Cast, exactly how does one cast a full screen WITHOUT having to turn their phone horizontally?

Thanks for reaching out. Are you mirroring your phone to your TV? If yes, please be advised that it will still depend on your phone's orientation. You need to rotate your phone to show a landscape orientation. However, if you're casting from a Chromecast enabled-app, it should automatically fit on your TV.
